If you have a question, a problem, or something to report, you can reach us using the contact details below. We respond within 24 hours.

Our response time
We review and respond to support requests within 24 hours. Reports involving safety — credible threats, abuse, or child safety concerns — are escalated immediately and do not wait on the standard 24-hour window.
What we can help with
Email us about any of the following:
- Account issues — sign-up, login, profile changes, club association
- Technical issues — app crashes, missing data, recording problems, camera questions at your club
- Content moderation — reporting another user, appealing a decision, asking why something was removed
- Safety concerns — harassment, threats, abuse, child safety
- Account deletion — closing your account and removing your data
- Privacy and data requests — accessing, exporting, or deleting your data
- Anything else you’d like to ask us
Reporting safety concerns
If you see harassment, threats, abuse, or any content that endangers a person on RacquetMind, you have two ways to report it:
- In the app — use the report tool on the post, comment, or user. Use block to stop someone from contacting you.
- By email — write to support@racquetmind.ai with a description and any screenshots or links you can share.
Child safety. RacquetMind has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) or any content that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers a minor. We escalate suspected CSAE immediately, terminate the account involved, and report to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to law enforcement. If you encounter content that you believe sexualizes, exploits, or endangers a minor, report it through the in-app tool or email support@racquetmind.ai with the subject line “Child Safety.”
If you or someone else is in immediate danger, please contact local emergency services first.
Account deletion
You can delete your RacquetMind account and all associated data at any time from inside the app, or by signing in to your account and choosing Delete account.
If you’d rather have us do it, email support@racquetmind.ai from the email address on your account, with the subject line “Delete my account.” Account deletion is permanent.
Privacy and data requests
For privacy questions or to exercise data rights under GDPR, CCPA, or similar laws — including requests to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information — use the form in our Privacy Policy or email privacy@racquetmind.ai with a description of your request.
We will respond within 30 days, or sooner where required by law.
